Looking to connect with other teens living with Type 1 diabetes? Join us for a fun weekend! Check in starts at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and check out is at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Who: Teens ages 13-19 years old

Cost: $90 per teen (Financial Aid Available!)
